An ideal repair kit for the maintenance and repair of semi-rigid inflatable boat floats.
This kit includes ORCA® Glue two-component neoprene adhesive (to be activated with the included RFE hardener) and ORCA® RFE hardener.
Kit composition:
- ORCA Neoprene Glue® Glue:1 litre
- ORCA Hardener® RFE: 54 grams
Features of Neoprene Glue:
- Specially formulated, tested and validated by ORCA® for optimum adhesion.
- For the maintenance and repair of floats on semi-rigid inflatable boats and other inflatable structures.
- Available in 1 litre cans.
Features of ORCA Hardener® RFE:
- Significantly enhances the adhesion strength of tyre assemblies.
- Designed for bonding water-resistant neoprene materials, such as Orca repair fabrics.
- Suitable for all inflatable floats on Zodiac-type boats and semi-rigid tenders, as well as all other inflatable structures.
Instructions for use:
- Glue Activation: Add 5% to 10% ORCA® RFE hardener to ORCA® Glue depending on the quantity used.
- Dosage: For quantities greater than 10 litres of mixed product, reduce the amount of hardener to 5% to extend the pot life of the adhesive.
Treatment : The addition of ORCA® RFE hardener significantly improves the adhesion, cohesion and above all the thermal resistance of the final binder.
